Don't use this place. I rented a climate-controlled unit to store my belongings and when I arrived to the building, the AC was out. I called the office multiple times about it, but they didn't really seem to care. I was told the AC would be fixed by the weekend and by the next Monday it was still hot and humid. If you have anything sensitive to heat or humidity in building C I would get it out ASAP.

Everything was fine until I noticed rodent droppings outside every unit of the facility. I opened up my unit and there was a mouse infestation. They chewed through and ruined most of my items. There was no food in the unit or anything that might attract rodents. After speaking with the owner/manager, there was no apology. Only a "it happens sometimes." I would not recommend. There are better, actually climate controlled units in Athens. And they're cheaper. That’s where my new storage unit is.

Address needs to be updated to the correct one I literally wasted two hours with 4 of my workers looking for it all the U-Haul places kept on directing me to the office that the storage place is there when it not there Correct address is 150 Coile Dr Athens GA 30606 for the actual storage place
