Absolutely loved O Reillys. Needed to get a third door handle replaced on my husband's chrevrolet S10. I placed the order the night before. Was able to pick up at 4 o clock. It was delivered from Duluth I believe. Until the pick up store. Absolutely wonderful. Speaking to the staff very nice, patient, and fast service.

Excellent, wonderful, outstanding customer service at this location. Yvonne went above & beyond!!!! Very good welcoming people here. Although very busy and there was quite a wait, staff seemed very patient and displayed a renewed courtesy to each customer. They stood by their battery warranty and replaced my battery for free.

Went in to get my battery tested - turned out it was bad. Bought another one and they even put it in for us. Can't argue with that. They did exactly what they were supposed to and did it in a timely manner. They were also very polite while they did it :)

I just literally stood by the cash register trying to buy two quarts of oil. The two ladies working never acknowledged me because they were shooting the breeze with their buddies. After 10 mins of trying to get their attention, I had no choice but to leave and go to Advance. Horrible service. Zero hustle, effort or customer service.
