Overall, I'm pleased with the service. Melissa, the team leader is great. She is a hard worker, with very good work ethic. Over the years, she has been accompanied by various assistants, some great and some not so good. There could be more consistency there. Also, most of the assistants speak little or no English. No staff should be hired, if if they can't communicate. That is a problem for both the client, and the team leader.

I want to express my disappointment with the cleaning service I received. I paid nearly $400 for a relatively small apartment (under 900 sqft), expecting a thorough and high-quality job. However, the toilet was left visibly soiled and stained — something that should be one of the most basic and essential tasks in any cleaning. This oversight raises serious concerns about the quality and completeness of the service overall. If the toilet wasn’t cleaned, I’m left wondering what else might have been skipped. Additionally, I have a Level Lock system that tracks door activity. Based on the log, I suspect an hour of the time I paid for may have been spent taking a smoke break or sitting in the car — not cleaning. This is especially troubling given the condition in which I found the apartment. While I understand you’re sending someone back out to finish the job, I have to ask: what exactly was done during the initial visit? This level of service does not align with the premium rate I paid.
