We had an excellent experience with MLW Roofing. They came out to inspect within 18 hours of our online request, had an estimate ready a few hours later, and performed the repairs within 2 days. We even had a question about an area a few days after the repairs. Their response time to our call was equally expedient and the necessary work was completed in the same visit. We will use MLW for all future roofing needs!

Highly recommend MLW All Phase! Colton is great to work with every time we need them. He is always responsive and quick to get to us when we have roofing issues but takes the time to explain what work needs to be done. There have been several occasions where he pointed out an issue that needed to be fixed before it lead to more problems. When it's time to add a new roof, we will definitely be calling Colton with MLW All Phase (if we had used them to start with, we probably wouldn't be having these issues!).

After three months of struggle we finally had the roof ready for shingles for a new construction SFH in Elberton Georgia. MLW came highly recommended by the outfit where the owner purchased the shingles. They came a nd provided a detailed estimate for the labor to install the roof which was VERY reasonable - such that I told the owner to jump on it ASAP to get on their schedule. The crew arrived very early in the morning and immediately got to work. Being there for most of the day I was able to observe that their work was very professional and high quality. Omar and his crew, working through the blistering heat, not only did an outstanding job but finished in one day just before it rained. As a contractor myself (having struggled enough to get the roof built!) for fifty years on up to a $150 million dollar US Department of State construction project I fully know good work and I saw that here I can't recommend them more highly and assure you that they will do as excellent a job for you as they did for us.

I want to share with y’all that this was a professional process from start to finish and beyond. Colton and his crew were very quick, thorough and professional to be around the whole time. I was especially impressed when all was said and done, one spot in the roof appeared to not be “just quite right in my opinion” and I had to call Carlton about it. He explained what he thought would be a valley shingle issue that was just part of my house construction and could not be made to look like i wanted it to. But, he also said he wanted me to feel completely satisfied with my new roof and would get a crew right back out there, pull up the spot and take pictures of the process and make it right. That’s exactly what he did. He sent me the pictures so I could show them to a potential buyer if need be. He also reassured me that the full warranty would apply with no problem if there ever was an issue. Colton and his crew were a pleasure doing business with and I’ll be passing on their contact information to anyone who asks if I know someone I can trust in the roofing business! Thanks, Colton!
