Let me start by saying that this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a construction company. They had come highly recommended by the company that installed my gutters, so I took their word. But I must say, they far exceeded my expectations. In the world of construction, there are so many out there that not only will disappoint you, but will try whatever they can to not follow-through with their abilities and promises. This company, front start to finish, was exemplary! As most companies who start out strong, with a quick date to look at your project, they actually supplied me with an estimate in a timely manner. I didn't even get any other estimates because theirs was quite a bit below what I was prepared for. To say that I was shocked that they could start it as soon as they did, is an understatement! And as promised, started when they said they would. Cam Smith, my project manager, was extremely thorough, and highly communicative, as he walked me through the process, making sure I understood it all, and that I was on board with the scope of work. And of course, I was. Fidel, the hands-on guy that actually did the physical work, was great as well. He too, explained things and made sure I was happy with everything. The entire project was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally, with no mess, debris, nails, or anything left behind to remind me that they had even been there. That's a first for me, for sure. The next business day, Jordan Williams called me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job they performed. I was more than satisfied! I am thrilled with the entire process! They all showed that they take great care in their service, and genuinely want to do a good job. It's refreshing to see this, in an industry that likes to cut corners and make a quick buck. Obviously, they have a fan in me, and will use them in the future, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Team at Mission did a fantastic job on replacing our metal roof. The difference between the old roof and the new is night and day - and we can’t say that enough. Not only were they great to deal with, but they did the removal and installation in just ONE day! Sam, Cam, Eric, and Rusty were an absolute pleasure to work with! The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were top notch in explaining the process and addressing all of our concerns and their recommendations were spot on!. Their work is a true testimony to Missions character, expertise, and professionalism. We highly recommend them for any and all construction needs!

Mission Construction did a great job on the roof, gutter, downspout and gutter guard at the house I purchased a couple of months. They are honest (turns out the house had 2 layers of shingles rather than the one the estimator thought it had and they did not charge me anything extra!). Also, their communication was excellent---periodic updates of timing, what should be done in advance, etc. I highly recommend Mission!

They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, leaving my yard spotless. I’ve received so many compliments on my new roof, and it’s only been up for a little over a month! I called late one afternoon about a roof leak and they had someone out to my house that evening after sunset to fix the leak before weather came in the next day. They followed it up with sending a representative to the house the next day to make sure the problem was fixed. It's the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
