Before getting into my horrible experience with the service dept of this dealership, I want to recognize 2 great employees. Brian who checks the vehicles in, and Ciera, a service writer. They both have excellent person to person customer service. Now, for my repair nightmare. I brought my sprinter van in because I saw something leaking one morning under the engine. Hours later they bring me the diagnostic charge bill out, handed me my key, I paid $150, and they said we can't drive it over 35 mph because it's bucking and surging. I got in it , and I couldn't hardly drive it. I made it to the closest gas station. I called a tow truck and had it towed to their repair shop. They opened the hood and realized why it wasn't running well. Mercedes left the air box off!! Severe incompetency! They refunded my diagnostic charge. But the managers reason for their mistake was ' that they had 7 sprinter Van's in that day'. If you want your vehicle fixed right, take it it to Northside Auto in Lawrenceville. The manager is a certified in Mercedes repair.

Do not buy any mercedes made in 2022. They vehicles do not function. MB has no parts available. Cant explain their own apps not working. Locked out of car constantly. What a joke. 100k car that doesnt function.

Had hard time finding glass for Dodgers Sprinter finally remembered it was a Mercedes product. Called Athens on a Wednesday and was in business on Friday. Happy, hsppy.
