Jeff was phenomenal! I called him while he was busy with another client. He called me back just like he said he would and freaking fixed my electrical issue over the phone! I mean that is what's up! He could have easily taken me for at least a service call but he didn't he simply asked me a few simple questions and told me about a button in the middle of my outlet that needed to be reset. Boom problem fixed! I never would have known the difference if someone came out here and plugged around for an hour or so pretending to do all this work or sold me a whole new set of outlets for my kitchen. What an honest straight up guy. If I ever need an electrician in the future I will not hesitate to call this wonderful gentleman. Stay way from those corporate jokers like Mr. Sparky. They would have cost me $80 just to tell me what Jeff told me for nothing, and that was just for a service call no work performed.
