Everyone in the office were friendly and a delight! The receptionist Chris, was very nice and helpful. Jewell, the dental hygienist was excellent! Very friendly and professional. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me educational tips and information. She brought my beautiful smile back and made my teeth look great! Dr. Baron was wonderful! Very down to earth and great bedside manners. I highly recommend this office.

I've used them in 2022 for multiple teeth issues and have a set dental plan. I've tried to get back with them for a year now they play the ill call you back game and im sick of it. Im able to afford the dental plan that's been put in place but they never call back. Im sick and tired of the run around. I need a tooth that very painful to be extracted but won't call back to make an actual appointment. I don't recommend the office on epps bridge. They don't care.

Never called to confirm my appt. I called to confirm multiple times with different attendants. Get to appt for my son and said they canceled it. They had never confirmed with me; even with my proof from phone records and emails of them not contacting me. I had contacted them for confirmations. Makes no sense. Worse experience ever!

Dr. Pullman and the staff were great. They treated me with respect and kindness. Joanna, my hygienist, explained and prepared me for everything they were doing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, caring and had a wonderful personality. Thanks everyone for putting me at ease!

During my visit I felt genuine concern about the future of my situation with Periodontal Disease. Jewell was very helpful and I felt her heartfelt concern about my dental health and wants to help detour what is going on and came up with a plan for my future improvement. This is the first time in all the years of dental visits that someone took this approach and showed a concern. I felt like Jewell was a family member concerned about me. Chris also added to my visit, giving me peace of mind that this plan is what I need to keep my teeth healthy for the future. Thank for having these two available on my visit today to change what has been a routine cleaning that didn't prevent further decay, to a much improved outlook for me.

The worst experience ever! I’m not sure if they are short staffed, or the guy at the front desk was not properly trained but I will not be going back to this location. I had a 9am appointment just to be sitting there for 45 minutes to not be seen. A lady came in after me and went straight in. I was coming in for a filling but I was down for a cleaning. Just poor communication and poor service. Highly disappointed

Not once but twice I went in here with my children as the main caregiver and was told either I couldn’t have them sit in a chair in the room or I could leave them in the waiting room with no supervision and excuse me but if this office isn’t family friendly why be a family dentist . Was treated very rudely both times like I was stupid. Because I had brought my kids. I will not be back because the dentist is the rudest and lady I have met before. I mean there’s a chair in the room and the other patient ls that we’re going back we’re going back in twos. So family dental what a joke.

If you don’t use fluoride this is not the place for you. I was lied to about the toothpaste they were using and my gut told me it wasn’t the all natural “pumus” they claimed it was. After my cleaning I picked up the wrapper to the toothpaste that was used, sparkle brand. I didn’t hesitate to confront the staff about this and after further confirmation it was indeed fluoride 1.2%. This kind of treatment is unfair and just disrespectful. My body my rules.
