What can you say other than it is McLane. As bad as they come. Takes hour, hour and a half to get in and 8 hrs to unload and get you your paperwork. Parking is very tight. If you feel uncomfortable just have someone spot you. Better be safe than hit somebody's livelihood.

You're gonna have a bad time here bro. There is no scenario here where it's "gonna be ok" or "not that bad". I got a little desperate for the money and backslid on my lifetime ban of McClane, and didn't read the reviews. I just simply showed up at 10pm on the dot hahaha and the jokes on me. They've got this dumb set up where a yard dog blocks the entrance, forcing a huge traffic jam that spills out into all the streets and the circle K. You can't just simply "drive in". Took me an hour to navigate through one of the lines through the circle k pumps (not kidding) just to be told to go to the other location. Which also has a huge line. I got a glimpse of the human suffering taking place at doors 20 and beyond. They've got a big fence making it almost impossible for a sleeper truck to back in. You long nose dudes are really going to hate life. Some lessons you have to learn over and over again. This is the worst McClane ever. And yes I realize that's a huge statement. If you're still so desperate you're gonna do it, enjoy brother.

Slow unloaded. Arrived at 6pm told to leave and return at 8pm. Luckily there is a small circle k down the street, but full. Arrived back at 8pm for an 8pm appointment. Dock right away. Open , back in and leave paperwork in back of trailer. They didn't start until 11pm. Capstone lumper $227, digital receipt only. Finished at 1am. Bol left in back of trailer. No overnight parking

On 6/18/25, they start checking in at 10pm if you show up before 10 pm, they will kick you out. Don't rush to check in🤷♂️ to get unloaded it takes between 4-8 hours of wait, good luck …

It takes a while to check in but once given a door the start unloading, no bathroom and no over night parking. It’s a Circle K across the street with truck parking 15-18 spots.

The only good thing is the people who serve you at the gate👍👌. I arrived at 10 p.m. I only had 35 boxes📦📦 and they gave me the paperwork at 7 a.m. It's crazy. Those people there work very slowly and they charged a lump sum of $143. I don't recommend that place.👎👎👎 …

Arrived 2330 for 2300 appointment (i85 shutdown/tanker spill)long line of trucks at receiving shack.guard extremely friendly. Assigned door.throw paperwork in back,back in.wait for lumper text for price.text payment code.green light pull out.out the gate at 0200.zero contact with noone except guard.(way it should be)lucked into parking at circle k truck stop across street from their entrance. Not a bad experience at all.

Capstone charged me for 4 skids that were loaded in straight and they claimed they were pinwheeled, also charged for double stacked skids which were not. They also charged for bad wood which all 4 were new skids. Total scam at this facility. Gaurd was very nice

-0 stars for this crazy place. Takes at least 6 hrs to unload and the staff, especially that so called supervisor I think named David, is the most incompetent guy on a power trip that you’ll encounter here. The space is tight and some inexperienced drivers (like this one from Ranger’s almost hit my truck after hitting the truck on the other side of the dock while backing in) do have a hard time backing in. It was my first and last time here.

This place is one of the worst places to deliver to, no one to help, security guard is helpless just be ready to be here for hours.BTW no restroom for drivers.
