mavis tires on lexington road was awesome ... i came in complaining at first about my tire and mr will got me fixed up just right . He was very nice , understanding and was very willing to work with me . They got me all fixed up and back on the road. thank you guys . ladies mr will is very handsome as well.

The customer service was lacking a bit. The establishment could use some cleaning. Overall myself and husband came to get an oil change for our Honda. The service was fast (we were the only customers there). However it was a little pricey.

I had such a great experience with Mavis Tire! After a terrible encounter at a dealership that quoted me an outrageously high price for new brakes, I came here and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team replaced my brake pads, rotors, and lug nuts quickly and at a much more reasonable price. Everyone I spoke with was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The difference between the dealership and Mavis was night and day—Mavis truly put customer service first. I highly recommend them for anyone needing brake work (or any car service). They’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!

I must admit I normally wouldn’t stop at a place like this because I have heard nightmares about them hiring just anyone that applies. Well I ran over a screw and decided to stop in to see if they repaired not plug tires. They do repair which was good and the guy that they assigned to my car jumped right to work and did a wonderful job. He didn’t look confused or have to ask anyone for help. I know what you are thinking it’s just a tire repair. I understand that but trust me I’ve seen some that I wouldn’t trust putting air in my tire. They also have a clean waiting room with full view of them with your vehicle which I loved!

I received excellent service at Mavis! Today when I got in my truck to run an errand, the front passenger tire was very low-then I spotted a screw in the tread. I came to Mavis and they worked me in and had the tire repaired quickly. I highly recommend them!

Best shop on the area I’ve been twice now and every time I’ve had to come in it’s been quick and easy. The last time I came in for tires kilo was working and helped me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and also friendly keep up the great work Mavis!! I appreciate you guys!!

Awesome guys. We’ve bought tires from them twice with absolutely no issues. I had to take my car there today for a slow leak they had it in and out in about 30 minutes. Will definitely continue to use them.

My family has used Mavis many times for tires and other services as well. We have never had anything but positive experiences with them. Today’s visit was a screw in the tire. Would have been easy for them to tell me it needed a new tire but just like past experiences, Will, the service rep who helped me was great and patched me right up. Thank you.
