Always reasonable as far as pricing goes and not pushy as far as trying to add on services, we don’t need. My family takes a few vehicles to this location, we even drive past a different Mavis location to get to this one. I drive an older F150 and they have done a great job with it. I know it can be frustrating to work on older models but they always have what is needed and get the job done. The staff is always very friendly and polite, something that is usually lacking at other automotive repair shops these days. We have never had a bad customer service experience with any of the employees here. David, Nate, and John are generally who we have dealt with and all are always very personable and friendly to talk to. I highly recommend this location.

Nate was very informative about the alignment on my truck. He was able to answer all my questions and was extremely polite! I would definitely recommend Mavis for all of your alignment needs! Make sure you call and ask for Nate!

Great experience this morning. They inspected a leak, found it could not be patched, and recommended reasonable tires to be installed plus alignment. I needed the work done the same day due to an upcoming road trip, and they delivered! I took my family to see a movie nearby while they worked on the car and it went smoothly 👍 Friendly service and easy to work with.

My tire had a nail, was losing air, and I had an appointment in 1 1/2 hrs. Nat, in the Mavis Tire store in Athens, Epps Bridge Road, took my car right away. In a matter of minutes he realized one of the lugs was stripped and needed to go to the shop that put on the tires. He filled my tire with air and I was off headed 3 miles to the point of purchased. I was on time for my appointment and very impressed with the quality of service from Nat and the other employees. Also your shop is very clean. Thank you for your help.

I was helped by Mrs. Brandi , and she was amazing, from the initial point that I entered the branch she was very professional, very understanding, detailed oriented. And she spoke with a comforting voice. The atmosphere, and environment was clean, smelling fresh also I love the music that was playing. At the time that I wrote this rating I had not yet received my vehicle back, but I'm sure if she has something to do with it everything will be correctly done, and complete. Over all Great experiences, and it will be one of my new vehicle repair places to come. And that mainly because of Brandi's professionalism. Now that I got my car finished I have change my rating because I was told by Nate the Mgr. that I would along with my Oil Change, Brakes being done that they would install my new headlights, and side marker lights. But He was off work, and the other Asst. Mgr. Justin is what he said his name was who was there when Nate told me this, and first off he was late getting back from his break, and when he finally returned came to me and told me that now he could not install my bulbs . On top of that once I got in my car the brakes were not given a resistance once they were pressed. When I brought this to his attention Justin the Mgr. he kept making excuses then I had to come back to the store to get my old brakes, that were not given back to me. I needed them so I could get new brakes at autozone. I will probably continue to use them for future vehicle products, but only because of the great experience had with the Asst. Mgr. Brandi, and the initial gesture of the Store Mgr Nate if he had been there he might have made sure the light got installed anyway because he had given me his word, but we will never know.

Brandi helped me with what we thought was a leaky tire but turned out to be two screws! She was great in showing me the issue and finding the closest match for a new tire to match my other 3. Service was quick and everyone was nice!

David and the guys at mavis tires and brakes did a great job putting new tires on my truck. They installed the ones I wanted and we could not get the truck to go straight no matter how much we adjusted it. So after a couple days of working on this truck . They put a different brand on the truck and it solved the problem! You can judge people better when things are aggravating and not going right. They hung in there till we solved the problem. Very satisfied and I’ll be back . Thanks again for the hard work

The service I received was amazing. John was transparent about the service and gave very detailed information for future service. Cat was friendly and super helpful with information. Rafael worked effortlessly to get my tire fixed and never gave and made sure everything was safe enough for me to get back on the road. My lug holes had been striped which was causing my tire to vibrate and losses up. It is such great team of people 5 stars is what they deserve.
