Carolyn and Siawonda...What a TEAM! This was a first time clean with Maid Right of Lawrenceville. May I say they did not disappoint. They are very professional. The stepped in and extended their hand and introduce themselves. They smiled and listened as my husband and I explained to them what we expected. They when to work as a team. You can see they work well together. Once they decided where to start they went to work. I was impressed how organized they are. They were respectful of our home and did a fantastic job. Although I had a confirmed appointment for a move-in clean, no one ever showed up or attempted to contact me. The contact number they provided led to a nonfunctional voicemail, and I only reached a human after finding a different number and making several attempts. (Then, as in a grim comedy, the representative patched me back through to the voicemail that didn't work.) I had organized my schedule around this appointment, and the no-show caused serious inconvenience. They scheduled me for a Saturday, making it impossible to find a cleaner to replace them at the last moment. Now, it will be impossible for me to have a move-in clean at all, as I scheduled my move to begin at the conclusion of this appointment.
