Keys were made in a short amount of time and they fit the door I had made them for. Location of machine at a local grocery store was such a great convenience as I was picking up a few groceries on way home from work.

I could not find a local locksmith that had a key blank for my truck so I decided to give your kiosk a try. Kiosk worked fine. Fulfillment and shipping speed OK. Key worked great but the head of the key was very narrow making it hard to get a grip and turn in the ignition. I was expecting plastic head to cover the top of the key but it was just a bare narrow metal key and I have been unable to locate a key cover that will fit. Being a flat key is great for shipping but not so much for using.

I went to the KeyMe kiosk in Athens, GA last night because my keys are lost and I needed a quick/easy fix to get into my apartment until they are returned to me. I went around 8, and got my key. When I got back to my apartment, the key did not work at all. I called them and they offered a free key if I go back to the kiosk and try again. I went again this morning, and got another key (they told me it would work if I went back and got another one). I just got back to my apartment, and the key does not work again. I called and all they could offer me was a refund, so I've wasted 2 hours to have nothing that works. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

The process was good... but the key didn’t work. (It was an office key and so it was a long shot - I wasn’t surprised...). But I appreciated the convenience and would use the service again for a more duplicatable key.

I went to two other key places, and they were unable to help. KeyMe didn't have the key in their kiosk, but they could Make it and mail it! I had it a few days later. Awesome!!!

Keys had not been cleaned of cutting debris. I had to scrape away excess metal from each key. They (3) work well after being cleaned.
