Mr Kerr was very polite. He was able to work my house in quickly. My house was covered in mold and mildew from years of neglect, but this miracle spray Made that disappear. Beware that red clay stains don’t come off easily and may not come off completely, but I understand this is a wash and not a new paint job. Also, Beware that house washing strictly means house, it’s extra for porches or patios, but not much, Mr Kerr is very reasonable. I appreciated the service and his willingness to to the job right. Well worth the cost of service to me! He also did a great job on my concrete driveway as well!
