Phillip and Lynette came to us to remodel a bathroom from a recommendation from a friend. They are both very easy to work with and quick to respond when contacted. The crew that was with us replaced our shower, the vanity and sink, flooring, paint, lighting. We found these guys to be incredibly professional and easy to have in the house for a bit over a week. Keegan Consultants are my knights in shining armor! I have 3.5 years worth of nightmare stories about the contractors who have worked on my house. Keegan consultants blew me away with their communication, openness, inclusiveness, respect, skills, knowledge, and performance. Having a woman on their team was assurance that I wouldn’t be spoken down to for my gender and marital status. Lynette was very communicative throughout the whole process, starting with setting up the consult, and continuing on through the final inspection. After I hired them, the whole team (4 people for this job) came to look at the space and discuss the project with me (a first for me). I felt very comfortable leaving my home and animals while they worked and knew that if they ran into anything they would come talk to me before moving forward. I could write a short story on how much I appreciate Phillip, Lynette, Ron and Danny and how grateful I am that I found them. But I’ll wrap it up. I would recommend them 1000 times over and they will be the ONLY contractors I hire in the future.

The company (Phil) drafted plans that met our complete needs/expectations. He arranged with companies to provide the windows, flooring, ac/heating unit all at prices that were very advantageous. Most importantly, Phil oversaw every step of the conversion/installation, ensuring that we were happy and that the work met his own high standards of excellence. We have enjoyed the wonderful result so many days since its completion and could not be more pleased. Keegan Consultants provides a great product at very reasonable expense. Plus, Phil is just a really great guy!

I hired Keegan Consultants to repair wind damage to a sunroom wall. The damage revealed extensive rotting within the wall. Phillip, Daniel and Scott rebuilt the wall and installed new windows. They replaced the exterior siding, matched paint, and cleaned up all the debris. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of their work. I highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for excellent repair results!

After using this company to repaint the entire inside for us 2 years ago we contacted them again for a new project. They did a complete kitchen remodel and several other repairs for us and it was very fast. There is a member of the staff that handles every job element of the remodel. We were please that they could do every part without looking elsewhere for another company. From the plumbing to the flooring to even the Sheetrock work, they did it all! They are professional and communication is excellent. We love the new kitchen but will be using them again if we decide to remodel something else. Thanks Philip and Lynnette!

We had only been in our new house for eight weeks when we had a major water damage incident. I was panicked and was at a complete loss as to who to use for the repairs. Phillip and Lynette came highly recommended, so I decided to go with them over the three other contractors I had come out to quote the job. They walked me through everything step by step and made me feel 100% comfortable. I CANNOT recommend them enough! The work is gorgeous, and you'd never guess we ever had a flood on the top floor that ran to the bottom floor. Thank you for the stressfree experience! Y'all were seriously a blessing to us!
