George was great at a stressful time. We had a power surge at my mom’s house. This caused the electric panel to be destroyed. George came out in a timely fashion and was professional during the visit. He liked it over and told me he would be able to get mom’s house back up. He put me at ease with his professionalism and great personality. He returned the next day to start his very long day. He kept apologizing for the long time. The reason was they were short handed but he was determined to get the house up. He very hard to get the outside inspected so he could get the power company back out to hook the house back up before 3pm. The power company day ended at 3 and it would have costed up an additional $500 to reconnect. George kept me laughing all day. I would highly recommend George and Jordan Air for any work. Thank you again George for all you did.

Juan from Jordan Air arrived at my home by mistake, but I’m truly glad he did. He was very professional, took his time to explain everything in detail, and went above and beyond by showing me pictures of what was happening inside the vents. Juan also made sure to clean up hard-to-reach areas behind my washing machine and dryer. I highly recommend this service and will definitely continue to use Jordan Air for my future needs.

George Funk and Tyler Richards did an outstanding job replacing my old electrical panel and upgrading my service to two 200-amp panels. They worked over 13 hours straight, never cutting corners, installed high quality equipment, and made sure everything was done right. Both of them were smart, friendly, and more than willing to let me be involved and understand the process as they went along. Their professionalism and work ethic really stood out, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the effort they put in. I called JordanAir to have a new HVAC Air-conditioning Unit installed to replace my 18 yr old unit. The Technician Blain and his assistant arrived around 8am. All work was done professionally and they cleaned up after they were done with the installation. Before the Technician left he showed me how to operate my new thermostat and explained my new HVAC system. I would definitely recommend this company. In addition, I had Jordan Air-conditioning Technician install surge protection today May 5, 2025 after receiving my Spring system checkup. My Technician Ryan was very informative and polite as he did my requested service. I do feel I can rely on the JordanAir Company for my HVAC needs, thank you again!

AJ and Dylan came to install our family a new HVAC unit. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. I was having a plumbing issue also and AJ called and got a plumber here today also . Ezekiel explained everything very well. He was very friendly and did a wonderful job. I am thankful they could come out the same day I called to help with my plumbing. When choosing which company to go with for our new HVAC unit the deciding factor was the customer service I have received. The First Lady I spoke with when I called, the associate who came out and gave me a quote and all the guys that came out today all provided well rounded excellent customer service.
