I had a clog in my kitchen sink. Tried everything before calling a plumber to get the clog out. Well, I finally broke down and called Joe Mac Plumbing. Best decision I made. What I thought was a clog turned out to be a lot of hours and replacing pipes. I just knew It was going to cost me a fortune. Well, Joe went above and beyond his call of duty helping me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. Explained everything he did and then for the bill. Joe Mac Plumbing did an outstanding job. We broke a PVC pipe while trying to replace the water filter. It was 2:30pm, I rushed to call a plumber that could come right out. Joe was at my home at 4. Fixed the pipe, secured the pipes to avoid further issues. Very thorough and reasonable. I asked if he could look at a few other things. He quickly diagnosed a toilet issue that would not flush properly or fill enough. Came back to repair it next day, fixed it swiftly. He then helped resolve an issue with water pressure at two sinks and did not ask for additional payment for this extra help. We are so grateful and lucky to have found a plumber that is responsive, knowledgeable and fair. I would highly recommend using this service.

We had a pretty big drain clog last Sunday. I called a few places that offered 24 hour emergency service, but none of them could come out until Monday or Tuesday. I called Joe Mac and he was here within a couple hours and went right to work. It was a stubborn clog and it took a while, but he got it done. Saved us a lot of stress. I'll definitely be using Joe Mac again in the future. He's very professional, and his prices are very reasonable for the quality of work he provides. Thank you again Joe. We're new to the area, and it's nice to have a plumber we can trust.

Was referred to Joe Mac Plumbing by our realtor's friend and I will refer him to anyone that asks. He responded to my call and was at our house within an hour to assist us with our septic tank.
