My husband and I, a retired couple living in Commerce, Georgia, recently had our HVAC unit malfunction. We promptly contacted JG SIMMONS HVAC, and they installed a new unit a week ago. The installation was exceptional, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the time we contacted Simmons after our unit failed. They came outand charged our old unit. However, due to the leak, our old unit wouldn’t hold charge.. Undeterred, Simmons went above and beyond by bringing out a window unit on Sunday. They allowed us to use the new unit while the installation was completed on Monday. During the time our old unit was out, temperatures soared into the high 90s. Despite this setback, Simmons demonstrated their commitment to our comfort by going above and beyond to ensure our well-being. The installation was completed in just one day, leaving us highly satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend JG SIMMONS HVAC to anyone in need of HVAC services!

My AC went out in the middle of the night during a heat wave in June. I called JG Simmons five minutes prior their office hours, left a message, and promptly received a return call from Amanda. Amanda took my information and let me know that i would receive a text prior to a technician's arrival. Within two hours i received a text that Buddy was on his way. Within 30 minutes of his arrival Buddy had my AC diagnosed, repaired, and back up and running. He had the brand new part needed already on his truck! JG Simmons fixed my problem in a timely manner without selling me fluff I didn't need. This is how you do good business. They will get all my heating and air concerns from here on out. Very professional and friendly. Our system stopped working on a Friday evening after hours with temps in the mid 90's.
