After my wife was told by Heyward Allen Toyota, that she needs a whole new transmission costing nearly $7,000 I took the car to Pete and he recommended a transmission flush. With our updated service information Pete got the car back up to date on other services as well. The car is running like new again and my wife couldn't be happier. This was my first experience with Japanese Motor Works and it went so smoothly. I brought my vehicle to them for a 60k service. They were super friendly and communicative, and did a great job making me feel comfortable and doing the service required for this mileage. The owner was present and we had a great conversation with him. They even noticed a small part that was not replaced when I last had it in for service at the dealership, found another one for me, and installed it. I will be back.

Alan you treated me like family. You were the best of the best. My car was finished in a timely manner even though I had added a few extra things on there. Also I wasn't charged for a loner car. Now how many people do that these days!!! I'll be back for my oil change when it comes due!!

The staff at JMW are the best! From Brandon at the front desk to any and all guys that worked on my Toyota TACOMA-happily known as LaToya…their work is outstanding. They explain what you need but don’t pressure you, explaining that it will be ok until next time. I need an oil change, fluids, spark plugs, tires rotated and balanced, and a brake inspection! Wow! It was a lot but I didn’t have to do it all at that moment! They are so easy to work with. They have been servicing cars for decades and know what they are doing. Thanks for taking such good care of her! I will be back when she needs the next oil change and whatever fluid might be next!
