I cannot recommend Happy Tails enough! They clearly love and care about each animal that comes their way. We have boarded our older large dog and younger medium/small dog many times over the years, one time as long as two weeks due to a family emergency. I wholeheartedly trust them with my babies and am so grateful to have a place to care for my dogs when they can’t come with us. Very compassionate folks, lovely “country-side” vacation setting for our pups, and incredibly well priced for the level of care they offer. Ps: I also love that they post Facebook photos daily of the dogs in their care, it gives me piece of mind to see my doggos having fun!

Like one other reviewer said, when I drop Lucy off, she doesn't look back. This time when I picked her up, after she excitedly greeted me, she turned to go back with them to the kennel!! Happy Tails is always my first choice.

We recently boarded all of our dogs for a week with Happy Tails. They range in size from 18 to 65lbs with varying energy levels. When we dropped them off, the owners made sure they had all of the info they needed for each dog's schedule and requirements. During the week, we checked their Facebook page (probably a little too frequently) to see the photos posted each day. One of the best things Happy Tails did is give each dog plenty of time and attention outside without charging any extra fees. All of our dogs came home happy and healthy from their stay and we will be using Happy Tails for our future trips.

We were in Athens for a cheer competition and no other dog daycare would take my pup close to the venue. THANK GOD FOR HAPPY TAILS! I called and spoke with the nicest lady that told me not to worry and they would take my girl! Nova had the best time! She slept the entire way home! You can tell the owners and staff really enjoy what they are doing! I am a FOREVER CUSTOMER! THANK YOU HAPPY TAILS! My girl will definitely be back anytime we are in the area!!

Happy tails has always been such a wonderful boarder for our pups. We have been using them consistently for a few years. They always remember our beagles by name! Our doodles are newer family members and Happy tails has welcomed them graciously. When one of our dogs had an issue with the other of our dogs he was rooming with, they realized quickly and changed his run. Our dogs (we have 4) love to spend a few days at happy tails. I love seeing photos when we are away, the dogs seem to miss us less than we miss them. For years we have spent countless hours interviewing people to care for them at home, however, having the peace of mind knowing they are safe while we are traveling is worth every penny. I would honestly give these sweet boarders a 5/5 rating. Happy pups, happy us!! Thank you guys at Happy tails, I recommend you often!

My dogs always return safely from Happy Tails. This is where my vet boards his dogs. The hygiene and care for the dogs is great. My specific dogs sometimes return with bump or scratch, always self-inflicted from excitement. Pleased with flexibility and pricing, very local.

They take great care of my anxious little pup! 🥰 Two years later edit: Absolutely the best place. My dog has anxiety about new people, but he's soo good at drop-off when I bring him. He goes with them nicely with a tail wagging. They post photos, so I can check and see his happy face. Definitely where I will go to always!
