Pushy and rude. Came to my house and knocked on the door. Didn't tell me who they were with and made it sound like they were from the city doing inspections of the neighborhood. Had to ask him twice directly if he was from a roofing company and only then acknowledged it. Still didn't tell me which company, but it's on his shirt for heaven's sake. Politely told him I already had a roofer. Still wouldn't leave and told me that my roofer didn't know what he was doing. Talked down to me like I didn't realize that other parts of my home could be damamged by hail. Yes, I know, it's been addressed. Rude people are one thing. When you come to my house and misbehave, that's a whole other story! My neighbor had a similar experience and had to actually threaten him to leave. Edit: I'm in Athens. They are called Guardian. Assumed that they were from Athens as well

They completely removed the existing shingles and inspected the plywood decking - they replaced three damaged pieces of decking. They added a "cricket" next to our chimney to prevent leaks; this is how it should have been done originally. They did a good cleanup job
