I said I was going to leave a review because I’ve never seen anyone with so much customer service skills. I was having a bad day and this cashier must have read it and she gave me a compliment and I kid you not, my day was amazing afterwards. Her name was Diamond. I think she is fairly new. But I talk to her every time I come in now. She’s a sweet heart. She always greets and smiles. We need more cashiers like her. There is also another girl, and her name is Kim, I do believe. She is really nice too. I come to the golden pantry more now because of them honestly. Thanks for the amazing customer service 😘

For years was good, but this last year or so, service at the pumps pumps is just horrible. Everytime either of us goes, pumps are out of order, their computer isn't working, the handle on the pump is broken. I had to try four separate pumps today just to get to one that worked. Just horrible upkeep of this place. Going across the street from now on (even though it's slightly less convenient).

One of the best grab-and-go breakfasts around the area. I run or walk about a few miles everyday and this place is my middle stop to grab some sandwiches and make it back home to start a very good morning. Now I do have to say as a non-American Asian, there were some instances of racism I experienced from the staff( Not all of them but there are a few) but I don`t care as long as the fried steak biscuits or the Bacon egg cheese biscuits are stocked, not a problem for me. But it might be a problem for some. And I think a cheesy version of the fried steak will work very well.

4:39 am 10/26 The clerk was VERY RUDE and couldn't put her phone down for 2 seconds long enough to answer a simple question about when breakfast would be finished. This is one of those last straw posts where I probably should have posted about her before but she does not deserve a job in the public where she is serving people. If you going to be in a bad mood don't bring it to work!

I came with my friend for her to get gas around 9:30pm. She paid cash, but when she came out to pump gas she realized it was frozen on the "One Moment Please..." screen that shows after one finishes pumping. It had frozen after the last customer. She went back inside to ask for help and the man who did her transaction, along with another gentleman on staff who hadn't been involved in the transaction in any way, began to talk together and ask if she was sure she had paid. They continually asked about what card she'd used and pulled register receipts to show there was no record of her card payment, but she continually reminded them that she paid cash. The men both continued to talk at her and had “quiet” conversation in front of her about contacting police. She asked that they review the video footage in the store to show her handing over the money (she paid $20 in a singular bill so it would have been easy to tell how much she paid). They acknowledged the idea without actually doing it and continued to discuss the issue amongst themselves and then telling her that they “weren’t accusing [her] of stealing, but the transactions weren’t matching up to what [she] was telling them.” One man mentioned calling the manager which the other opposed and they suddenly started trying to override the error and just “take her word for it” and “honor her word.” My friend offered to pay for another pump just to get the gas and leave her contact info for this issue to be resolved later as we were on our way somewhere. The same gentleman continued to insist calling management was the right path. When they called the manager asking she tell them how to override it, she came into the store. As soon as she was behind the register she commented “there’s her 20 right there.” I’m not completely certain if she saw the cash bill on the counter or if she saw it in the system as she was looking behind the counter. She was incredibly helpful in checking the pump, acknowledging it was frozen, VERY quickly and easily finding the transaction, and transferring the credit to another functional pump so we could get the gas and leave. The treatment by the staff members was unacceptable. I fully believe the cash was meant to be pocketed and my friend intimidated out of arguing as a female coming in alone as they weren’t aware she had other people in the car. The “forgetting” whether she paid immediately after she came in, the choice not to review the tapes, and the comments about calling the cops were all ways to avoid having proper review of her payment. It was humiliating for her to have to go in and out of the store multiple times while having her questionable honesty and potential stealing spoken of in front of other customers. It took an unreasonable amount of time just to get gas and I absolutely feel the money was knowingly taken. I believe they were trying to intimidate her into leaving so the money could be pocketed off record. But no matter the intentions, objectively she was humiliated, her time was wasted, and the employees made a simple process of checking the tapes into a dramatic issue. *Update: Management did reach out to let us know the issue was heard and being addressed which I appreciate.

Twice a week I go in for a breakfast biscuit twice a week I'm left the same answer biscuits should have been out but aren't yet hold on and I'll see what I can do this morning I was told they should be out 10 minutes ago and to wait about 5 more minutes before they're out way to consistently let me down Golden Pantry. Came in this morning. The card machine has been out for hours apparently. No sign on the door to indicate as much I saw people turned away at both the pumps and the register all the employees simply stood there staring blankly as customers frequently came to the counter and were turned away immediately the love of God Golden Pantry at least put a damn sign on the door

Cashier's are either inept or have a terrible attitude. My last experience, the blonde male cashier went on rant about IDs that lasted through three customers. When I got to the front of the line, he raised his voice with me and was very condescending. Never going back to this location.

The new manager is terrible. Lacks costumer service and told me to get out ! I only asked to redeem points from my card I believe it was because of my color she said she was uncomfortable doing so.

Pretty average convenience store, however the biscuits are possibly the worst I've ever had: dry, spongey, and flavorless. This is the south, how can you advertise and sell bad biscuits.

Every time I've been I've had a great experience. I've suggested an edit to add the store hrs to 24 hrs 7 days a week. There is about 1hr every night usually between 12am-1am they close for general maintenance. If I was wrong please feel free to correct it/me.
