I had never used a travel agent before, but I'm so glad we did! Madeline Wiley helped my husband and I plan and amazing honeymoon to Belize. We knew we wanted nature, adventure, and some relaxing by the beach - and she delivered! She took the time to get to know what we wanted and our personalities and created a perfect itinerary to match. It was so nice while wedding planning to know the honeymoon was already taken care of. Global Escapes was recommended to me for planning my first international trip and I am so grateful for their help! There is no way I could have planned everything I wanted to do without getting stressed and going a little crazy in the meantime. Tiffany recommended that we meet with her fairly early in our planning process so she could get a good feel of what was top of the list for us to see/do during our trip to Italy. During that time, she also gave us tons of info on each city so we could do a little more research and learn of a few other ideas we had not thought about prior to our meeting. The Global Escapes team is so knowledgeable and easy to work with! They are quick to respond to emails (that's a big plus in my opinion!) and very detail oriented. They made sure we had a detailed daily itinerary of what we were doing with times, street locations/addresses and the names of who would be leading our tours. We were even greeted in our hotel room with an unexpected but awesome welcome gift from Global Escapes! Tiffany set up all of our transportation, both cars and train tickets so everything was smooth sailing! I have already started talking with her about our next international trip planned for 2024. If you are thinking about taking a trip overseas, or even a cruise or river tour, definitely consider Global Escapes. They truly made our experience as easy as possible and left us with nothing to worry about. They are the only way I will travel from now on! I have included a few pictures from our trip to Rome, Florence, Balonga and Milan. My recommendation is to definitely take a couple food tours when traveling to Italy (or anywhere!) My husband found Global Escapes when he was in charge of planning our honeymoon in 2013. Our agent, Natalie, quickly became a friend and has helped us with all of our major international trips since. Most recently she helped me plan a surprise trip to Italy to celebrate my mom's 60th. Unfortunately Covid disrupted our plans several times. Natalie got us rescheduled and rebooked everytime and in the end we went on what my mom calls "The best trip I've ever been on in my life". I really could not have pulled it off without her. The hotels were excellent and centrally located, and the local hosts made every excursion and transition stress-free. Global Escapes Athens and Beth Barnett planned the best Christmas vacation ever! Our stay at Grand Velas Riviera Maya will be hard to beat. It was beautiful and every single details had been taken care of for us. We had detailed instructions on an user-friendly app on our phones. Beth, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. I had one question while we were there, and got an immediate text response from her. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the many activities offered: zumba, dance lessons, water aerobics, badminton, beach volley ball, and massages. The food was the best we have ever had! I can not say enough good things about Beth, Global Escapes, or Grand Velas. Already saving for the next trip!

Madeline Wiley, our Global Escapes travel agent, performed beyond our expectations for our recent trip to Hawaii. We originally planned to visit Maui and the Big Island, but she had to make changes because of the fires on Maui. We were pleased with her suggested replacement plans. Three days before our scheduled departure David suffered a broken hip, requiring surgery at a local hospital. Madeline took care of our extended stay: with hotel, flight, and car rental changes.
