Booked a ride to and from Atlanta airport. The ride to the airport was on time and went smoothly but upon my return I was not texted or called. I had been told I would be texted upon landing. I texted approximately 30 minutes after landing and got no response. I then called the driver and was told it would be another 1 1/2 hours before I would be picked up and she would not be able to get me out of the airport. I wasn’t sure what she was talking about. At that point I told the driver that I’d make other arrangements which appeared to be my only choice. The driver seemed fine with that. Update on March 16, 2024 hire from Atlanta airport. Today I received a call from Tracy at Georgia Limousine who went above and beyond to fully apologize and give a full refund. She was very nice and apologetic, told me that they had dropped the ball and that the incident should not have happened. I told her that I appreciated hearing from them and accepted her apology. I just wish they had acknowledged this a little earlier. They had been highly recommended to me by someone that uses them often. In closing I want to say that my original opinion about their quality of service has been restored and I plan to use their services again. Thank you.

Second time riding with Hank this year (remember him from years ago), but the experience is the same, he’s extremely professional and courteous, always on time - as a matter of fact he arrives 15 to 20 minutes early, so I never worry about missing my flight. I know the owners, and they would be extremely pleased, Hank represents the company well, providing excellent service across the board.

My wife and I had a long day of travel yesterday only to come home to what was almost a three hour traffic jam. HANK was beyond amazing, patient, funny and very professional. The ride home ended up only being 1.5 hours but the time went quick, and he a great driver. I get motion sick easily and he made the ride seem very smooth considering all the traffic. Thank you and again and looking forward to seeing Hank and team for our next ride !
