I ordered a floral arrangement for my husband who was in the hospital and couldn't have any food. I chose the floral arrangement shown here because I thought it was more masculine than the others and expected a small, compact arrangement. IT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY FULL! And must larger than I was expecting. It was fresh, absolutely stunning. Flowerland is now MY choice for exceptional arrangements.

I feel really bad complaining, but I wanted to give a heads up for other customers to have the best experience. I called and made an appointment. Needed a bouquet. When I came in, they said, “Uh uh. No way. We are too busy trying to prepare for Valentines week.” That is COMPLETELY OKAY. Just be honest!!!!!! PLEASE!! That should have been the end of the conversation. Then I said, “Oh okay. Don’t know why they said I made an appointment then?” They stopped me as I walked out the door after I said that…I found that fishy. They were VERY POLITE AFTER THAT. They talked to me. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They assured me they could do something like it. Wedding day came…looked so neon pink compared to blush pink. Bold bold colors. Here I am on photoshop trying to edit out neon colors. 1) don’t make appointments you can’t keep please 2) show customers the flowers you’ll use please, maybe even a book or pictures?? I’m sorry, but this is my honesty. I’m sure it’s lovely except for when they are busy busy, but DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TALK YOU INTO BEING THEIR CUSTOMER WHEN THEY ARE STRESSED AND BUSY!! Give ‘em space and take your business elsewhere. I wish I did. Nice cat though.

I showed them an inspiration picture for my Dad’s memorial service. I wasn’t sure of what I was wanted exactly, but what they created took me completely off guard in the best way. I tried to tip and I specifically remember them saying “this is a family business. It’s our pleasure” and they would not accept it. They created a beautiful assortment of greenery with geese feathers included. It embodied my dad perfectly and he would have been so pleased. Fast forward, I figure out my dad’s pest control company used to spray flower land. Small world, glad I chose their business! Excellent customer service and very creative staff!

What a wonderful ordering experience. I accidentally hit the wrong address when doing my order. I received three phone calls from the florist taking care of my mistake and assuring me that my brother would receive his flowers in his hospital room. Not only was the customer service above and beyond, but the flowers were GORGEOUS!!! They made his day! Flowerland has another forever fan.
