Jonathan at First Serve Cleaning has been excellent to work with considering our carpets. The price for cleaning our large area in the basement was very reasonable. There were several spots only carpet that I was not sure the would come clean because the carpet is light colored. He was able to clean the spots and we could not tell where they were located after he had finished cleaning the carpet. He cleaned our upstairs carpet about a year ago and there were similar spots that I thought we would have to replace the carpet. He was able to clean the spots in they have NOT come back. Johnathan is very professional and reasonable and will make sure that you are happy as a customer.
