I was scheduled to have my Christmas lights installed on October 29th but he was able to come earlier, and I was really excited about that. The crew was very nice and friendly. They did a wonderful job. So if you need your Christmas lights hung or anything else this would be the ones to call. I will definitely be using them again. Miguel promptly came out to our home after contacting him to quote cleaning both our interior and exterior windows. He worked around our schedule and had his team clean them on a Saturday morning. They did an amazing job!! They were professional and considerate of our new home. They wore shoe covers to protect our new hardwood floors. We had them clean our gas lanterns too and couldn’t be happier with the results. Family Pro Window Cleaning offers many other services as well. He was very professional, clearly explained all the services and options, and made sure I understood the process and was getting exactly what I wanted. When the work was scheduled there were reminders as to when they would arrive. The crew came ready to work. After a brief intro they got to work. In my case I needed gutters checked and cleaned and the windows cleaned. They got right to work and completed the work including clean up the debris after. Family Pro has a new customer!
