Connie, Dakota, & Paul always provide exceptional service. My son has been maintaining his work truck with them for a few years. He referred me and my challenge of a Ford to them. So grateful he did! The check engine light has been on for a few years. Several mechanics including Ford themselves were not able to locate the issue. It wasn't until Dakota checked it that the main issue was discovered. He replaced the part in no time. The check engine light is FINALLY gone!!! He also happened to see where the last place I took my car to for an oil change bent the boot near my inner cab air filter. He was able to repair it & reinstall it properly. Their attention to detail, accommodating customer service, & always a warm smile when they see you.....yes, I now will drive 2 hrs to maintain my finicky ford!!

Great service! Ms. Connie and Katelyn were great! They took care of us and provided great customer service! They took their time and did a maintenance check on my car, checked signal lights and tires. I really appreciated that. They also recommended extended service and product solutions. Overall I had a great visit at this location and I will be back!

Usually getting an oil change is a boring chore. Today it was awesome! Everyone is so friendly and HONEST! Clear communication about costs and the job is done right. Katelyn is a jewel for this company! She greeted me with a big smile, super friendly, and is knowledgeable. I needed a different oil filter and they had it delivered! Any other place would just tell you to go on down the road--not here! I can't say enough about the communication, it's very appreciated. Luke was also involved, another big smile and kind. My boring chore oil change today became a highly enjoyable experience. I found my go-to place for my maintenance! Go check them out

Went in today for an oil change and was told I didn’t quite need one yet! How about that for honesty! Dakota topped my oil and coolant off (free of charge) and let me get on with my day. Even with all the oil change options around, this Express Oil Change location is my go to.

It's a great place with professional, nice, caring staff! I got a flat tire nearby last month, and a technician from this place (Dacota) literally saved my day! He didn't have to drive across the street to help me, but he did it just to help a stranger. I noticed a sticker on his car: "Do you follow God this close?", and I can say that this guy does follow God! The other staff members were nice too. I safely returned home that day, and I'm very grateful for their help!

Excellent experience getting most recent oil change here! Always have had quick service with Express Oil, but Tim and Dakota made this visit especially enjoyable. Both made service recommendations and explained the reasoning for them, all without it feeling too pushy or forced, which was very appreciated. Highly recommend :)
