This is a follow up review. I contactect this company through my warranty company and couldn't be happier with the service! As I said in my previous review Zach, the technician that initially came to my house was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, he submited his findings to Epic and they filed the claim with my warranty company and it was approved on the same day. Moving forward, we schedule the installation and the technician David who was also was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, arrive on time and completed the installation and answered all my questions which I greatly appreciated. I Would highly and without hesitation recommend these guys to anyone looking for HVAC solutions.

Epic has been my go-to for years. All the guys are professional and Sandy in the office is always helpful whenever I call. Honest company. Update July 2023: had all three outdoor units acid washed and after the temperatures coming out of the register for all three were between 8 and 10° lower. Highly recommend doing that if your systems haven't been cleaned for some time. You'll make the money back in a summer! Thanks, Brad!
