Wow! Just had Brittany and Hannah out to our home in Jefferson to do a deep clean and I am so impressed with their hard work and attention to detail. We are a two-working household with two kids and two cats. After the cleaning our home literally sparkled and smelled so fresh and clean!! These two are a fantastic team! Our beds were re-made, sheets cleaned and folded, all our used towels washed and folded, and every surface dusted. The floors were vacuumed and mopped. They spent extra time on our neglected shower and shower doors in additional to deep cleaning our oven. We eat at home a lot and our oven gets a good workout from us! Thank you both for taking care of our home. Give them a call - you will not be disappointed - let them take cleaning off your plate! You will be so glad you did!

I am not one to write online reviews, but I had to share my experience with Brittany and Dragon's Best Services. To set the stage, my house was a wreck. Not like oh man, I have a few things out of place. But oh my goodness, how do you live in such squalor? I had laundry for days, messy bedrooms, living room upheaval, and overall disarray. Honestly, I was feeling like a complete failure for not being able to take care of my house, but I digress. Before I contacted Brittany, I had another cleaning service come in to my house to help me clean the house. However, before their arrival, my family and I had to do a chaotic cleaning of our house, pile laundry into baskets and shove them into the garage, and pick up things before they could clean. They were there to simply clean, not to help get my house back into order. I was very hesitant to reach out to anyone else to come into my house because for one, no one needs to see my house in that state, and two, I don't have time to clean before someone comes to clean. Enter Brittany. I messaged her from a listing I saw online and set up my first cleaning. I told her what I had going on house wise and what I was hoping to accomplish with her visit. When she arrived at my house for the scheduled cleaning, she was on-time, professional, and came armed with a myriad of cleaning supplies to tackle my house. I swear she was sent from heaven. My nervousness completely disappeared after just a few moments of talking with her. She quickly realized that she could not just come in and clean, but that I needed help getting things picked up and organized before cleaning could occur. She did not miss a beat. She took the initiative to bring organizational ideas to me and then implemented them after consulting me. She gathered up my entire family's wardrobe's worth of dirty laundry and started getting it cycling through right away (and not just in/our of the washer dryer - I'm talking folded and put away, too!). She asked if she could stay longer than scheduled because of all the work that needed to be done. I immediately said yes, and she continued away. When she had gotten the rest of my house in order and was only left with laundry, she offered to take it to the local laundry mat and complete it all at once there. (Laundry is the bane of my existence so I was thrilled someone else was going to do it.) Y'all, she washed, dried, and folded all of my laundry, sorted them by the room in which they belonged, and even matched all the socks. I about cried when this happened because I had been drowning in laundry and she saved me from having to do it all. I have already scheduled her for future house refreshes before guests come up to stay and I will for sure continue to have her come help me in the future. If you need help with your house, but you are nervous or scared of judgement, call Brittany. She is the best and makes you feel like you're talking to an old friend (while getting your house in order!). I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone (as long as I can still get on her schedule, too!).

I would give 10 stars if it was allowed. Super nice! Takes pride in what they do. I was lucky and got same week service. Also there was a stain on my stove and a ring toilet I tried every chemical on and could not get it out; they got it out! Do not hesitate to hire them.
