Live long enough and you’ll deal with plenty of sleazy/incompetent mechanics. James is not one of them. Forget being the most honest mechanic in Georgia. He’s probably the most honest mechanic in the entire southeast. He does excellent work everytime and has never charged me more than he should. Anyone who’s not going to diversified auto… well I guess that’s just a loss they’ll have to regret later.

Excellent and quick service! Would definitely recommend if you want someone genuine taking care of your car! UPDATE: a year later and I was having different issues with my car. I (mistakenly) took it to Mavis Tire down the street and they quoted me $1200 and claimed a bunch of stuff was wrong. Something didn’t feel right so I called Diversified Automotive and they got me in the next morning, and fixed all the problems that day for $500. Car is running perfectly again. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars & lives far from my Dad who would normally check these things for me- take your car to Diversified Automotive. They are so honest and helpful.

Auto shop nightmare. Took my truck to this Shop back in August last year and it's still not fixed. A simple radiator flush turned into having a hole in my engine. They tried to blame me for the hole, can you believe that. They had my truck for three long months then to say after I called them that a hole is in my engine. Someone with a wrench got to close to my air conditioner pulley and the wrench went through my engine. They didn't want to fix it, unbelievable. When they did it took another three months, now they have had my truck for six months and guess what. They patched it up and never replaced the pulley that they broke off and said I would not have air conditioning. Six months now I ask James the owner to make it right and he simply said he will NOT. For those of you that have had great experiences I'm glad you did but not me. It's not fixed and six months done went by. What company or owner will say they won't fix a problem that they caused. Now I have no other Option but to get my friends at Channel 2 Consumer Department to handle this unfortunate experience that I'm going through with these people at this Auto Shop. Good luck to all of you that have great memories with them because mine was truly a nightmare.

I bought a used Honda and had numerous problems. However, Diversified Automotive diagnosed my car several times and was very professional. Contrarily to other mechanics, the owner is not particularly talkative. They fixed my power steering pump and rack. They also diagnosed my car twice, once for a transmission problem and another time reassuring me that the car can drive for a while. They never asked for anything. This guy probably wouldn't last long in sales, but is an excellent and honest mechanic. I guess people know this because it always seems busy. I highly recommend.
