These guys are simply amazing! I came in at 3:30pm on a Friday for a broken valve stem, I was about to do a 2 hour drive back home and I wouldn’t have made it. They fixed me up within 45 minutes and I was back on the road! And even better, they did it for free! They guys were super helpful and I had a great experience, highly recommend!

Great place! Like many, had nail in pretty nice tire. Called at 553p just before closing. Jacob was great, did not rush me, explained things easily and ordered a replacement for us if needed for our appt the next day. Collin, Manny and Noah were all great the next morning. Collin and Manny took time to answer our questions. They ask you to walk with them on inspection of vehicle.both super kind and polite Noah did top work and is also very polite and kind. Have been with Discount tire through 3 cars and RV and always leave impressed!

Took car in for tires and had no damage to the rims. When I picked the car up and inspected it before leaving, I noticed that one of the front rims had black marks on it. I addressed this with the manager and he said that their machine could not make any damage like that and it looked like it had been curbed. You can tell that the damage is fresh. Discount Tires just lost a customer! I would recommend to anyone who takes their vehicle to Discount Tires (or any other tire shop) to take pictures of your rims just in case there is any type of damage to them. Discount Tires does not want to take any responsibility on this matter.

Several months ago I picked up a nail and it flattened my tire. I pass discount tire frequently driving in my area. I decided to bring the tire with the nail in it for a repair. They repaired it very quickly and when they returned it to me and I asked how much I owed them they said no charge. This blew my mind. It's not often you find a business with that level of customer service. They do this in hopes of gaining a customer in the future. I really appreciate their thinking. They also indicated they wanted their customers to be safe when traveling. Over the 4th of July weekend I got two flat tires and decided I was definitely going back to discount tire. They took care of me quickly, efficiently and at a great price. I highly recommend if you need tires in the Athens area or anywhere you are reading this review please consider going to Discount Tire. They are great at customer service, they are fast, and they are efficient. I cannot recommend them enough.

These guys are fast, accurate, and helpful. I ordered online, which sped things up - when I showed up for my appointment, one of the workers recognized my car and started prepping for it before I even spoke to the guys at the counter. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of no -tire related services (like some other shops do). And most helpful of all, when I made my online order, I made an error on my order. I was able to call the location directly and they fixed my error. With a name like "discount tire" I was t expecting much. I've been to Walmart and Mavis before, and both set my expectations low. But I really appreciated this visit and I'll definitely be coming back.
