Casey from Crown Roofing is great to work with! He did a complimentary initial inspection and provided us with photos to submit to our insurance. He then offered to meet with our insurance inspector on appointment day to ensure we could answer questions appropriately. After the damage was confirmed, he worked with our schedule to get the work completed in a timely manner (completed our house in one day)! Since we were getting a new roof, we decided to get new gutters and downspouts installed as well. While that damage was not approved by our Insurance, he worked with us to get us the best deal possible, so make sure you ask him about that work as well. This is the first roof we've ever had done and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service and outcome!

He put tarps on my roof before he was my contractor. When I hired his company, he did everything for me. He met my insurance adjuster to ensure that all roofing issue were noted for my insurance claim. That was great for me since I had no idea how to do it. Casey kept me informed throughout the process.
