Trapped for an hour now after Priscilla Shirer Event . No traffic driving at all outside -all around the parking deck BUT we’ve all been trapped on the 4th and 5th levels because only one attendant to take payments Which baffles me. I paid when I came in the deck?? Seriously!!?? Poor poor management there are older people in here that need the restroom etc. Wrong on so many levels make that 2 HOURS Solely the parking decks responsibility Police finally showed

Update your horrendously outdated in and out system. 3 minutes per car. Same attendant tending to both in and out slowing down the process even more. 1 entrance and exit. A terrible system in any era. Completely ridiculous and 100% incompatible with classic center/arena event parking.

Was stuck for at least an hour and they wouldn't let us out , horrible place to go to do not use ever again

Workers are very rude. Won't even let someone turn around when they change mind about using parking deck. Makes cars back up when they can't see past parked cars. That is dangerous.
