We've had Emily from Cool Max out to our house twice since June. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely professional and thorough. She does an outstanding job of explaining things and detailing options to address any issues. She is very responsive and always on time. We had her out once during the severe and extended heat wave in June. After being told by several other companies that they couldn't come see us for a week, Cool Max and Emily made room in their schedule to fit us in on the same day and get our AC repaired. With a 4yr old and 2yr old my wife and I were very thankful that they value customer service so much. We just had Emily out again for our preventive maintenance and again she did a thorough job and helped us address some small issues before they got bigger and more expensive. If you're looking for a small business to meet your HVAC needs then I highly recommend Cool Max and especially Emily. They definitely place a high-value on their customer experience and they do thorough and top-notch work!

Cool Max has been to my home twice. Emily came in the middle of a very hot summer when both of my unit stopped working.Emily repaired both units and informed me one of the units was turned off without me knowing I believe it was from the previous repair company. My second visit was when one of my units was emitting a burnt rubber smell. Paul came out the same day, diagnosed the problem. I had confidence in Paul’s knowledge and suggestions. He presented my options to repair or replace. Without feeling pressured to decide or Paul upselling the size of the unit. He recommended the best size for my home, which was a smaller unit than my original unit. I chose to replace the 20+-year-old unit. The day of the install, Cool Max arrive exactly when expected. The installation took a few hours, I felt comfortable with the installation team. They were respectful, courteous and professional. With the new unit installed the heat from the unit feels softer. I will be contacting Cool Max again. Thank you Cool Max.

Cool Max is great! The first time I called, Emily came out within the same day and was able to get us back up and running that day. Then, I decided to obtain a maintenance plan so that we could benefit from two tune-ups a year at a great deal and price. Emily worked efficiently, quickly, professionally and was friendly. I strongly recommend Cool Max! They are honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable. They have come out the same day every time we had an issue with our AC or furnace. When we decided to replace our furnace, David and Chris explained all of our options and directed us to the unit that was best for us. They did the install promptly and it is working great! I am very pleased with my service experience with Cool Max. I was given their name and a recommendation by another repair man that I trust and use often for other repair needs. I called this week at 3:45 and requested an appointment ASAP. Emily arrived at 4:45! She went over everything she was seeing with my AC unit, and explained what was needed. Even though it was close to 5:00 I was not charged for after hours and she was here for 3 hours! She was wonderful, I felt like I could trust her to tell me what the problem was and she did an awesome job. I will definitely use them again and request Emily!

I contacted Cool Max after the company I had been with for several years declined to perform an emergency service call for me. I spoke with David and he was able to work me in the next morning. Paul was my technician and was professional and was great with communications. We were back in business by noon the next day, and Cool Max has a new customer. Had a wonderful experience with this company. We received an AC repair quote for over $2K from another company. I called Cool Max for a second opinion and their tech came out the same day, and was able to fix our problem for less than $500. He was very honest and helpful and we now have working AC again! Wonderful experience with Cool Max today. My AC went out and I was able to get a same day appointment. The customer service was exceptional and getting the appt scheduled was easy. Right away I felt great about choosing them. Emily and Charles came out, identified the problem, explained the options, and fixed it right away. They both were extremely courteous and personable.
