My apartment (#8) was absolutely fantastic. I stayed in it for two years and it was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The property was managed by AGA Properties, who were just wonderful to work with. For a college apartment, especially one this close to campus, you will have a hard time finding a better option than this. (Note that this ONLY applies to my unit, I don't know what the other apartments are like.)
