We had exceptional service with Classic City Transportation! Troy picked up 4 of us to take to Atlanta Airport, then Donna picked up 2 of us a week later from the airport and brought us home, another week later, we had Troy pick up the last 2 and brought home. I am a travel snob...not in an elitist kind of way, but in a "I gotta be comfortable and have trusted travel partners" kind of way. So, i book things in advance and sometimes I'm happy and other times not so much. This trip...VERY HAPPY. I was planning my trip to the Financial Therapy Association conference at University of GA at Athens and I needed a ride from the airport. The conference planner gave us 2 options to consider (I didnt want to rent a car) and I chose Classic. Excellent choice. The price was fair, communication was excellent from our first inquiry to the drop off. Troy was on time and let me know exactly how to find him (ATL in no joke) and the ride was very pleasant. I wanted a little quite so he was too, then we started talking about the lovely surroundings and the rest is history. Excellent service. Client centered. Highly recommended.

The service was perfect in both directions to ATL. Pick-up on time. On return they monitored the delayed flight out of Montreal and anticipated the drop-off location. Very comfortable (and quiet) vehicle in both directions. Will happily use them again.

Truly exceptional! Our plane was diverted from Atlanta to Nashville and we were delayed for almost 4 hours before finally flying back to Atlanta. Our driver Troy went above the call of duty to get us home safely. He made a long day of travel more bearable. Words can't express how much we appreciate his truly outstanding customer service.
