I recently had the pleasure of visiting Celeste on North recently and found the renovations and complex to be above and beyond my expectations. You can tell that the owners and property managers are pouring their hearts in to this great little community. Added bonuses are a quick walk to down town and the close proximity to UGA! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area.

This place was not move in ready at all. Place was filled with roaches, lights didn't work, fridge had a horrible smell, stairwell is filthy, even old mats were left on the deck so it's like management never checked the place after the previous tenant moved out. Absolutely ridiculous, for a ridiculous price as well. Management is also extremely unresponsive. It'll take days of leaving emails and voicemails till they respond. Save yourself the trouble and look for another place.
