This is an alterations review. They had my clothes for simple alterations (broken zipper, loose button) for nearly 3 weeks (07/06-07/25) and charged me a ridiculous amount. They apparently don’t alter anything themselves. Two stars because the work was done just fine.

I have utilized their services several times and have been very pleased. They've done an excellent job with king size duvets, nice dresses, and delicate lace. They're kind and have your items ready when they say they will. I appreciate this place and the people running it.

$18 to dry clean a maxi sundress. $14 for a short dress. Blouses are a bit more reasonable at $6.50-$7.50 (depending on fabric) but the dress prices are excessive.

AVOID: Have used for nearly 30 years. Over last 12-24 months they have destroyed 2 runners/tablecloths. First time we mentioned but they blamed material and refused to provide refund. Last month, they destroyed yet another table cloth and again blamed material and refused to refund cleaning fee or offer to replace. When questioned about a refund the the manager screamed at my wife, "Get out and never come back." Another employee in the back of the store parroted the manager, "Get out and don't come back." Owner refused to return phone call and argued with us about their incompetency. Would NOT even call my wife to apologize! More loyal to employees than customers. As a business consultant, I will be interested in how they plan to make a profit from rude owner and management since customer base will eventually disappear.

First time ever going to a dry cleaner. Somehow the seat of my pants got something resembling donut glaze on it and just decided it was time to get the whole suit dry cleaned. I even pointed out the spots when I took it in. Got it back and the spots were there as bad as ever. Back at home I simply applied some water and scraped it off and now they're as good as new. Suit top came back with a few cat hairs and I don't even own a cat. Cost me $10. Absolutely ridiculous.
