Walking into my home to clean carpet is such a happiness !! CJ did a GREAT job & got every area that I mainly pointed out as well! THANK YALL! Definitely will be calling again! On time, great with communication over phone everything was explained & easily scheduled !

C&C was hired to "deep clean" our home after we had moved everything out and were putting it up for sale. They were supposed to clean floors, kitchen including cabinets and counter tops, bathrooms etc... They did a very poor job. $1100 for a "deep clean" should include cleaning floor tile grout, polishing cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms and built -in bookshelves. None of this was done. Unfortunately, we had already moved into our new house in another state and did not see the poor job until we were back in town a few weeks later. We did do some of the cleaning ourselves at that time and took before and after pictures. I have tried to attach to this review. Clearly, these folks do not know the difference between cleaning and just wiping things down! We spoke to C&C about our dissatisfaction with their work and the only offer we were received was a credit for a future cleaning. Given we no longer live in the state, this is useless to us. Would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!!!

Unprofessional, cruel and immature. When we hired C & C I told them how big the job essentially was and what level of clean we needed (we sold our house and we were moving out). They showed up not only later that promised that day, but with fewer people than originally quoted. They then allegedly cleaned for double the length of time they originally stated it would take WITHOUT our approval. Afterwards, in trying to come to an agreement on the vast discrepancy of the cost/work-- MULTIPLE employees, including the owner, attempted to ridicule, berate and shame us for the state of our home—in hopes that this would prompt us to pay more than double what was originally promised. It was handled very unprofessionally and they were quite frankly cruel and immature. I do not recommend doing business with people who act like middle schoolers.

They were amazing- my place looks brand new! I did the deep clean option. Definitely worth the price!! They showed up right on time and finished when they said they would. They got stains out I didn’t know could even be removed!
