My wife and I used Bulldog recently to and from Atlanta Hartsfield, and as always they did not disappoint. Their drivers are always on time, courteous, helpful and make sure you get to and from the airport on time. We have used them multiple times and they never disappoint! We highly recommend them.

I’ve never written a Google review before in my life, but this experience demanded one. Bulldog Limousine picked us up from the Lake Oconee area to take us to Athens, GA. Our driver initially swerved a little, but about 15 minutes in he was crossing completely into the other lane multiple times into oncoming traffic, making everyone in the car feel their lives were in danger. He kept saying something was in his eye, but it was clear he wasn’t okay. Another company driver behind us even called him to ask if he was alright. By the grace of God, we made it to Athens safely and immediately told the company we would not use them for the return trip. Today, instead of acknowledging our safety concerns, they emailed accusing us of overreacting and not wanting to pay a waiting fee. This was not about money, but for our safety.This was an extremely unprofessional and genuinely scary experience. To the owner’s response: It wasn’t about paying the charter fee. We actually had to arrange transportation last minute from Atlanta that day since we didn’t feel safe to ride with our original driver. They also charged a waiting fee which we were happy to pay. In the end, we paid even more than we had originally planned. The decision to not use them was simply because we did not feel safe with our driver.

Not a great experience from the start. Driver was expected at 3:45 but arrived at 4:10 due to "traffic" , to later find out that was not the truth. We were told the car would be a large SUV with bucket seats to accommodate 4 people with 2 tall (large) men. The car was a basic SUV without bucket seats. The 2 (5'2") females did not have enough room to put their feet on the floorboard in front of them. The men did not have adequate room in the middle seat. Both bench seats were hard and uncomfortable. The driver drove like a bat out of HELL, darting in and out of lanes. He even crossed over the HOV lane (illegally) in Gwinnett Co to pass a vehicle. I called to voice my concern with management and they credited us the tip to the driver- $631 for a ride to Atlanta and back to Athens was exceedingly high for the level of car and service we received. Don't trust what Bulldog Limo claims they will do because they did not honor their word with me.
