Came in for quarters because my apartment complex didn’t have one close by. I was told that I couldn’t get any in a rude manner, when I came last time that I could. Told me that I have to wash there with an unpleasant attitude and on their phone. Nice place, but employment needs a another thought👎 …

I used to love this place. Used to. Today I walked in at 6:40. Hours in Google say you close at 8. I had a comforter to wash. The lady stopped me to say last wash was 6:30. Now. I get if someone walks in with 10 loads of wash. But not 1 blanket. I would have been in and out in an hour tops. I drove from almost Comer, as this is the only place I will patronize in Athens. I won't be back.

I dropped off a Nuzzy weighted blanket for dry cleaning and it got destroyed. They called me to let me know what had happened and said they would replace it but it's been months now and nothing has happened. I've been in several times to discuss and the owner is never available. I left my number as well. Needless to say I won't be doing business with them. I'm glad to know there are other reputable places in Athens.

The only thing decent I can say about this place is that the hours are great. Other than that, customer service needs so much improvement. Also their dry cleaning is not done there, it is sent out.

Terrible customer service. Brought in a tux shirt and got it back missing the top button. When we brought it back for them to fix the problem they were very dismissive and just told me that they couldn’t help me. In response to owners reply: A week is a reasonable time to bring back a piece of clothing (brought back as soon as I realized it was damaged). I paid you and you damaged my clothing. Did not attempt to fix it or give a refund. Did not refer me to a place that could fix it. I was essentially told that you do not care and to leave. This is unfortunate because I have been coming here for two years and have been very happy up until now.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Have been coming for years, and I’ve done both self-serve and Wash & Fold. Very reliable W&F in particular is fantastic. Pricey, but damn if they don’t do an AMAZING job. Folded neatly, sorted, always clean, never stained, and smells great. Bootsy knows me by name and is always ready with a smile and conversation.

They’re extremely unprofessional here. Like EXTREMELY. It’s hard to talk to someone and ask about their services and further information as an autistic person because nobody here has any patience and claims they don’t know much about anything. Maybe I got brushed off because I needed the extra assistance, I am unsure. I’m pretty sure who I spoke to told me “we might mess up your clothes, don’t bring us these if you don’t want that” Would not recommend
