Matt, the sales representative, did a great job explaining what would go into the roofing project. Rodney, the crew supervisor, was communicative and easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would, and kept us informed of progress throughout the job. And we can't say enough good things about the crew of 9 that put our roof on in a single day. They were pleasant, seemed to enjoy each other and their jobs, and very industrious, working hard all day. They were meticulous about the clean up as well. They even received a standing ovation from ourselves and some friends and neighbors as they loaded into their van at the end of the day. 10 out of 10 stars! Would highly recommend.

We used Bone Dry five years ago for roof repairs around our chimneys. They did a great job then so we decided to use them for our roof replacement. We are glad we did. Bone Dry replaced my roof in 2016 and did a terrific job. At the time, I got several quotes and Bone Dry was not the cheapest, but they gave me a lot more confidence in the strength of their business, excellent communication, and most important of all, a solid warranty (which has proven to be worth the modest extra initial cost). They even milled the drip edge (the strip of metal where the shingles meet the fascia board along the eaves of the house) to my exact roof measurements which still looks excellent now almost a decade later. Since the time they installed my roof in 2016, I've had them come out to inspect it after a rare hail storm we had come through Athens. Luckily my roof was brand new and I had selected top tier shingles, so there was no damage. I greatly appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to send someone out within a day to inspect, no charge. In January 2024, after unusually heavy and prolonged rain, a leak appeared in my kitchen. Again Bone Dry sent someone out within 24 hours to inspect. A rusty old nail left over from my old roof that was still jammed in the decking had popped up through the new shingles. They found the hole and fixed the shingle, no charge. This week (August 2025) I had another leak appear after about 7 inches of heavy rain according to my rain gauge. This time one of the sealing boots around a plumbing vent had started leaking. Bone Dry had it fixed (they completely replaced the sealing boot around the vent pipe) within 48 hours of me calling them to report the leak, no charge! I highly recommend Bone Dry - a company that actually honors their warranty with no hassles. When it's time for a new roof, they'll get my business again.

For both the estimate and the repair, Bone Dry was very communicative and responsive. I was informed of appointment and installation scheduling, and the crew showed up as expected. I was given a thorough review of the work that was done, and work was done in a timely manner, and site cleaned up afterwards. This was for a repair only, but I was treated the same as if my entire roof was being replaced.

They showed up early ,began work .they were neat and cleaned up. Before I new it they were gone. I had a new roof which looks great.. They charged a fair price and Farm Bureau has very good roofers working with them... Great job all-round Thanks
