Absolutely wonderful experience. We picked up at 3 1/2 year old rescue with which we were having problems connecting. Trish worked with us over a month. She taught us what our Lucy probably needed, taught us how to communicate, taught us that Lucy probably hadn't loved/been loved and we had to be patient.
