The service from Blue Moon was excellent. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, the technicians arrived right on time, and they were very professional and friendly. They listened to my explanation of what I needed and in a very short time they identified and fixed the problem and installed a new light fixture. The cost for the service was very reasonable and fair. This was my first time using Blue Moon and I plan to use them for all my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them!

My family had a great experience with Blue Moon electric. They hung (3) ceiling fans for us on the front porch and they look great! We also added on some additional work while they were here and it was all handled with no issues. Colton and Hudson were great to have at the house, would highly recommend.

The guys were patient with our needs and with troubleshooting problems, and had everything tip-top when they left. And the total was in keeping with what we were expecting. However, Blue Moon's invoicing is inadequate. It lists all of the items done, a "1" as a quantity for all of the work, and a total. There is no breakdown of labor vs parts. There is no breakdown of labor between the two workers, one who was there only part of the day. In this age of transparency, Blue Moon is sorely lacking. Again, the work was great, and yes, because they've already been here to do work, I would call them again. But as to recommending? I'd make sure the person knew they'd have no idea if the total is valid. I'm hesitantly giving 4 star, knowing this should not reflect on the guys who did the work (assuming they entered charges based on what appears to be a flawed invoicing system).

Patrick was friendly and knowledgeable when he came out for the estimate. Angel was also friendly and got the jobs done well and left the spaces cleaned up afterwards. Both listened to me when I described what we wanted done and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. The communication before and on the day of work was excellent, via email and also a text with photo of the person coming when they were on their way. I loved that! Work we had done: install wiring and box in ceiling for new ceiling fan, replace some bathroom outlets, and install a new outlet outside under our deck on the patio. Thanks!
