Excellent experience. The field representative I worked with,Kody Eicholtz, was suberb and a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, honest, friendly, and great communication . From the first contact with this Co, Scheduling and receiving the estimate, to working with Kody and their office staff member Shera, to the preparations for roof install and the work itself I can’t say enough about what a great company this is. The work was of the highest quality, prices were extremely reasonable for The work done and the install Crew was hardworking, and highly skilled. The attention to detail from the moment they arrived on site to the cleanup was of a standard that I wish every contractor would display. They worked 12 hours in the heat and completed the job leaving my property looking as if no one had even been there that day. Not one small piece of debris could be found. Not even one flower in my gardens was Disturbed! I was employed for many years in the Residential Home Construction Industry so have very high standards and expectations, this Company met and exceeded them all! Highly Recommend!!

I would and have highly recommend Barrelle roofing. Three years ago a friend who lived in Oconee country and used Barrelle for their new roof, suggested I give them a call for my roofing needs. The quote was competitive, they did high quality work, but more importantly, the customer service from the office to the field was exemplary. I am retired, but managed 700 people in 14 states in my professional career. Customer service was our #1 priority and key to our success. Our house is 40 years old, has complex rooflines, multiple flashing size inconsistencies, this would be its third roof, so the project had its challenges . Barrelle was patiently there for me every step of the way during the two day project giving my roof and home the symmatry and beauty I had hoped for. Barrelle operates under the same philosophy. Recently, a shingle came loose from the flashing above the gutter; a minor issue but still needed to be addressed. I called Barrelle wondering what type of response I would receive. You would have thought I was purchasing a new roof. The office staff was upbeat, attentive, and scheduled an extremely knowledgeable and personable technician to address my concern the very next day. Barrelle Roofing is a family owned business that acts like a conscientious and caring family business.
