These guys are truly great! The battery in my Alfa Romeo 4C died on me while I was at Starbucks on Epps Bridge Road. I called them and talked to one of their techs, Joe. He said he had the battery and to ask for him when I got there. I waited for a friend to come jump my battery and drove straight to AutoZone next to Pep Boys on Atlanta Hwy. They were ready when I got there. Joe and the store manager made sure they carefully removed my old battery and installed the new battery without scrattching my car or leaving anything undone. Came around 9 o clock to have my battery tested cause i had to get a jump leaving work. Chris had no problem checking the battery and crank amps and was willing to change it if need be. Turned out everything was good with the battery starter and alternator and recommended options i could do to test the alternator. Thanks alot!

Even though it was almost 10PM, Chris H and Braxton saved the day (night). (Location: 3702 Atlanta Highway by Mall.) They are #1 customer service guys. What could have been a disappointing and expensive outcome was changed by their help. So impressed with them and hope their manager, Jason Owensby, treats them to lunch one day. ;)

We went in yesterday (6/26) evening because my battery had died and after jumping we figured it was time for a new one since it was still the original car battery. Before buying the battery, Peyton came out to do a battery check. The Ford Fusion batteries are in a weird spot and the negative terminal is pretty much inaccessible. Instead of saying oh well, he asked my boyfriend to pull up a video to see where the battery bolts were and they watched it and he figured out to take the battery out without having to move or remove anything else. He checked the old battery (0% lmao) and put in the new battery and the headlight bulb that I had bought too. He was super helpful and polite and honestly made an annoying situation so much easier. We can tell he'll go far! You've got a great employee there.

Amazing service 10/10. My wife and I came in late in need of a battery replacement, and the manager on site, Nathan, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Was very thorough in changing my wife's battery even though it was raining! Positive attitude the whole time. A very pleasant interaction.

Barrett B did an outstanding job assisting me! I went in for a heavy duty Battery and it was out of Stock. So he found one at two other locations (per computer) But he called both stores to make sure the truly had one in stock ! The 2nd location did ! Saved my friends and I time and gas.
