I just Wana give a shout out to the bus drivers that came to the rescue when the city bus had to stop on the side of the road due to snowy conditions with ice on the road. They pulled up in a van to pick us up and were able to take each passenger to their destination and I just appreciate that. Wanted to leave u guys a good review in appreciation.

This is the 4th time my bus took a detour and didn't come to my stop! Every time I’ve called it’s the same ridiculously rude woman arguing me down. I got to my stop 7 minutes early today just so I wouldn’t miss it. Stood out there for 12 minutes in the heat before calling just to be dismissed and disrespected. If you’re gonna work in a customer service field treat people with the same amount of respect that you would want to be treated. This happened AGAIN today just so y’all know who I am! I honestly hope whoever is in that woman is and whoever is in management letting her treat customers like this gets replaced and fast.

I rely on the number 9 bus to get to and from class. I understand that traffic and routs are unreliable but even leaving 2 hours early I am still unable to make it anywhere on time. The 9 bus is unreliable at best if it even comes at all. The posted schedule and route are not adhered to in the slightest with the driver deciding at random to just turn around or ignore stops. There have even been several instances that I have been witness to where I driver will just decide to stop the bus in a random gas station and leave the vehicle just idling there until they decide to return. Over the now three years I have had to use this route I have seen only a worsening of these problems.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Athens is a city with plenty of potential to live without (or at least less) cars. Yet, finding a bus a huge headache everyday. I am happy ACC finally set up a phone app to track bus routes. However, they are always late, rushed, and lacking of any consideration with people that depend on bus transportation like me. I want to add, bus drivers always look grumpy and never willing to answer questions or willing to provide any help. Hey! You driver! You probably are the first face to get to know if you are an international visitor in town. Is this the so-called Southern Hospitality? Anyway. It seems instead of making bus transit a nice experience, it is a punishment for not having a car since you are dealing with late buses , always grumpy drivers and lots of homeless people inside the bus.

I can't find where to leave a review for the company, so the station will have to do. I understand that Covid-19 is a scary time and that changes have been made for the safety of everyone. Consistency, however, is important. If the lady sitting across from me is not wearing a mask of any kind, I find it ridiculous that the driver would walk up to is, look right at her, and then turn to my husband and I (who are masked and sitting more than six feet from everyone else) to tell is he has to sit elsewhere. He then returned to the steering wheel and never said a thing about the other passenger's maskless state.

Great transportation. The short coming is that the buses stop running early and for me, I live on the westside, the route stops too early and not like the rest. Other bus services like the local University of Georgia(Free) and a cross-country bus service all stop there. Great planning on the behalf of Athens-Clarke County.

The level of customer service is astounding! The went above and beyond to help me out when I was in dire straits. Had left my mobility canes at a bus stop and didn't realize it until I was home. Called the multi-modal center, they coordinated with the bus driver, who on her next route, picked them up and brought them back to the center. She then gave them to the driver who had the route closest to my house. Met her at the bus stop......boom! Reunited! Thank you so much!

I really love everyone there. Some of the driver have been there for years and they have watch me grow from a young lady to a grown woman with kids if my own. Homer is very sweet and caring about his rider he is bus 2 and 24, Ms. Charmaine is the most outstanding person she is bus 9, Ms. Arnetta is also the most wonderful person that anyone could ever meet. Mr. Will on 25 and 14 is a wonderful person always interacting with the rider to make them feel welcome. Jennifer hood I don't see her much but she always has a smile and willing to help the rider. Then there's jermery on bus 14 in the morning he is always wonderful with helping people and interacting with people. I love that they are a family you can feel that as soon as you either get on the bus or go to the multi-model center. Thank you guys for always making me feel wanted on your buses. Jaylin the guy that maintain the area in the center does a really great job with keeping the center clean and that's very important.

The Transit system is a great way to get around the city of Athens. Maybe sometimes you will wait 30 minutes to you connecting bus, that if you don't mind the wait. Great driver's and safety is their goal, and getting where you need to be.

As a commuter by bicycle, the east side buses (especially #12) are a liability waiting to happen. Today I was coasting on College Station Road when one pulled directly in front of me in the bike lane and stopped, forcing me to lock up my brakes. This has happened MULTIPLE times with the ACC buses. I will begin calling and reporting every single time this happens. If nothing changes, I will start calling the police to report each and every time. It's ridiculous how disrespectful (and dangerous) these buses are to bikers. Wait 0.5 seconds and let us pass before parking it right in front of us on a downhill. You've got to be kidding me. :(
