This was my first visit to this practice. It was truly impressive….it was beautiful and very clean. The staff was wonderful! They were patient and guided me through and explained the upcoming future procedures, the dentist was extremely thorough and patient with my many questions. I’m excited I found my new dentistry!

My bill today was $450!! The reason it was so expensive is that the dentist office scheduled me for three visits this year and my insurance only pays for two. I wish they had told me that!!! I would not have agreed to a visit every four months if i had known that my insurance would only pay for two a year. So my bill was a complete shocker!! I felt like i shouldnt have to pay it as the dentist office must have known that insurance only pays for two a year and i was going to get stuck with this huge bill!! So i left the office not happy with my clean teeth but feeling shafted.

Stay away from this office. Rude office staff. They won’t file your insurance claims for you unless you pester them about it. Though they claim they do and you call your insurance provider and prove they haven’t. The doctor talks over you when you are trying to stress your concerns. This is the worst dentist office I have been to. Don’t waste your money here. We won’t be back and we still haven’t received our money back.

I've been using this practice for a fairly short time; so far just for cleanings and checkups. Tuesday I lost an old cap off a molar and I called to see when they could see me. As I wasn't a long time patient I didn't expect much but, to my surprise, they worked me in the very next day. Dr. Nail was really great in assessing the tooth, damage and providing alternatives treatments; everything I look for in a health-care provider. I highly recommend this practice.
