After swapping out my side markers on my new mustang, I couldn't get the driver side of the rear bumper to properly re-align. Amanda, who is awesome in every way, took the car into the shop, and in 15 minutes it was fixed. No charge. In 2025, great customer service is hard to find. Going forward all my car body needs will be done here. Don't take chances elsewhere!!

Very dissatisfied: 1) repairs not fully complete. Returns car to me with parts not snapped onto car fully and cannot be manually snapped back on so it requires going back to them which is a 2 hour drive from where I live. 2) communication was poor overall 3) cost was 25% over estimate and scratches were left on car that should have been buffs out

I don't usually leave reviews but this one earned it. I'm pretty perculiar about my vehicles and finding a shop I'd trust with one is hard for me. This shop was recommended by a friend so I gave it a shot. There were a couple delays with parts availability but I was kept in the loop and I'd rather wait for the correct parts to have it fixed correctly. They were top notch start to finish and I got my truck back looking like new. Highly recommend!

Recently being involved in a accident. I brought my vehicle to Athens Collision to get it back on the road. My estimator was Dawn, she made the whole process easy. She handled setting up my rental. She also handled everything with the insurance company. The paintwork was flawless and all the panel gaps were on point. A added plus was that my vehicle was done 4 days ahead of schedule. Thank you to Dawn and her amazing team! If I am ever in need of collision repair in the future. The first place I’m taking my vehicle is Athens Collision.

I was referred to ACC by Athens BMW and spoke with Dawn and Amanda who were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They both kept me informed through each phase of the repairs. Any part delays I was made aware of therefore I had no surprises at all. Once the repairs were completed Amanda calibrated my Pre-Collision assist on my vehicle and I believe it works better than it did before. All in all I highly recommend this shop to anyone. After being hit by another party I took my new vehicle to Athens Collision Center. The process was very easy and they work hard to make sure it’s not too much of an inconvenience. Getting the estimate was quick and easy I was able to pull in at my appointment time and had a written estimate in my email within about 30 minutes. I was able to drop my vehicle off for my scheduled repair time and get my enterprise rental car with ease. Athens collision center provided me Updates constantly and then had Ready for me to pick up before the estimated completion time Dylan my represent Was fantastic and thorough. They even washed my vehicle before pick up! They worked directly with the insurance carrier so I didn’t have to. While having to have body shop work is not something anyone wants to deal with they made the process easy! Would recommend!

Awesome facility, super nice and very helpful staff. They definitely employ the best painter I have ever met! Keep up the amazing work Kris! Got my truck back in even better condition than I expected! My wheels were dull and faded when I dropped it off. The body work they did is amazing and they had my wheels polished!

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a business. The level of disrespect from the top leadership down was mind blowing. They had my car for 16+ weeks. Myself, Nissan, and the insurance company were all lied to throughout the whole process. I picked up the car and it was still not fixed. The communication was non existent. I had to do ALL the leg work. I would email and call for weeks with absolutely no updates. When something went wrong, they blamed it on everyone but themselves. Even a simple task could not be completed without issues. Everytime I brought something up to Kevin or Dawn they acted like it was not a big deal. Kevin will not EVER return phone calls or emails. Dawn walked past me 3 times the first time I picked up my car without speaking a word. Everytime I talked to them it was like a slap in the face. They would rather put my life at risk than to fix their issues. If they could get zero stars, I’d definitely give it. I would never wish what hell I was put through on my worst enemy.
